  • Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to booking cancellation or denial of services.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers (Airlines, Railways, Hotels, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers, weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Check-in & Travel Regulations

  • Guests must adhere to the check-in/check-out times of hotels/homestays.

  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

  • For air/rail travel, ensure you comply with baggage, security, and timing regulations.

5. Modification or Cancellation

  • Changes to confirmed bookings depend on the availability and policy of the respective service provider.

  • Additional charges may apply for date or name changes.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising due to natural calamities, strikes, riots, political disturbances, or acts beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, and information are our property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Punjab courts only.
