Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight and Train Tickets

  • Refunds for cancelled or modified tickets depend on the airline/railway policy and fare type.

  • Service or convenience fees charged by us are non-refundable.

  • If the airline or IRCTC delays a refund, we will process it as soon as it is credited to us.

2. Hotel & Homestay Bookings

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: 95% refund (after deducting any service fees).

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or No-shows: No refund.

  • In case of early checkout, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

3. Tour Packages (if applicable)

  • Cancellation 15+ days before departure: 80% refund.

  • Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation within 6 days: No refund.

4. Refund Process

  • All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain promotional fares, train tickets, or discounted stays are marked as non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Booking Amendments

  • Amendments are allowed only as per the service provider’s policy. Any fare or rate difference must be paid by the customer.
